Return and Refund Policy

Due to life safety nature of the products and the uncontrolled environment once leaving our warehouse, we are NOT able to process returns and refunds except for the following conditions:

• Item is damaged or wrong item sent
• Manufacturer defect

Please contact customer service at info@bmorescue.com within 30 days of receiving items to initiate the return process.
